This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure solutions. Its role requires a deep understanding of devops practices and cyber security principles to ensure the integrity and reliability of our IT systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement server-side solutions using languages such as C++, Python, or Node.js.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless frontend and backend communication.
• Architect and optimize microservices for performance and fault tolerance.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in secure VPN solutions and Linux environments.
• Manage change across Dev/QA/Production releases and contribute to virtualization infrastructure planning.
• Support security systems, including firewalls, DNS, LDAP, and AD servers.
• Implement network security measures, troubleshoot complex firewall issues, and ensure secure remote access.
• Document system configurations, operating procedures, and support infrastructure documentation.Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in C++, Python, PHP, Node.js, Bash scripting, and basic database management.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS EC2, S3), IAM (Azure & AWS), and virtualization (VMWare ESXi, vSphere).
  • Knowledge of network security products (Palo Alto Networks Firewall, SSL VPN, OAuth, SSO).
