Bookkeeper About the Company and Opportunity:

CFS is working with one of our top clients to identify a professional Bookkeeper to oversee their accounting and finance activities.
- This is an onsite position with a tight-knit team!
  - If you're seeking long-term stability and a team environment, this could be the right position for you! Overview of the Bookkeeper position:
    
    Accounts Payable: receiving and processing invoices, matching and coding of invoices to receipts and POs
    
    Accounts Receivable: creation and mailing of invoices
    
    Month end close
    
    Cash flow analysis
    
    Payroll and payroll taxes
    
    Support the completion and streamlining of year-end close processes Preferred Qualifications/Experience for the Bookkeeper role:
    
    Three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
    
    Intermediate Excel skills, familiarity with Sage or Peachtree systems is a major plus!
    
    Effective communication and relationship-building skills
    
    Organized, tech-savvy, and efficient
