A company is looking for a Billing Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide data summaries, implement best practices, and promote
solutions for efficiency
Oversee preparation of invoices, ensure timely updates for client
records, and review billing staff results
Maintain accurate records of billing and collection activities,
manage monthly administrative invoicing for high profile
clients
Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of experience in billing and collections
Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential
Ability to analyze billing codes and invoices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and reporting
tools like Power BI
