We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to oversee financials for our multi-site operation and become an integral part of our outstanding management team. Controller Responsibilities: As a Controller at our organization, you will be responsible for: Overseeing financials for a multi-site operation, ensuring accurate and efficient management. Corresponding with accounting staff across all our companies to address any daily accounting inquiries. Demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory and fixed assets, playing a pivotal role in streamlining our operations. Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for someone who possesses the following: CPA designation and 3-5 years of public accounting experience, ideally with audit experience. A natural inclination for technology and a keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong work ethic and the ability to think big picture and understand financial trends. Experience working with manufacturing companies, particularly in understanding inventory costing processes. The enthusiasm to train and coach accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a self-starting, motivated attitude.
