Accounting Manager's Primary Responsibilities: As the Accounting Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Your role will be pivotal in promoting a strong culture throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-Day Duties Include: Managing accounts receivable operations, customer relations, and payment posting. Utilizing QuickBooks for reporting collection progress and other financial analyses. Collaborating with HR and the Controller on personnel issues and special projects. Assisting with payroll and ensuring accurate accounting entries.
