Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Controller to manage the accounting operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and operational support. A strong background in standard costing and manufacturing finance is essential to drive performance and support decision-making. Controller Responsibilities: Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Maintain and analyze standard costing systems, including BOM reviews, labor, material, and overhead variances Prepare detailed manufacturing cost analysis to support pricing, margin, and profitability decisions Develop and manage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with operations and executive leadership Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and audit requirements Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Partner with plant and production teams to improve operational efficiency and financial performance Support inventory management processes, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory valuation Lead and mentor accounting staff and foster a collaborative, productive work environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment 3 years in leadership Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation Proficient in ERP systems and Excel Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus INJUN2025 ZRCFS LI-MY1
