Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing daily invoicing, applying cash payments, and establishing and maintaining customer credit terms. Key Responsibilities: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you will generate and distribute daily invoices with accuracy and timeliness. Apply incoming cash to customer accounts, ensuring correct allocation and maintaining accurate records. Establish customer credit terms, issue credits when necessary, and maintain ongoing communication to foster strong relationships. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve invoicing processes. Maintain customer account data and ensure compliance with company credit policies. Support month-end closing procedures and reporting as required by the Accounts Receivable Specialist role. Qualifications: 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar accounting or finance position. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash application, and credit terms. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
