experience for your career growth. Overview of the Accounts Payable
Specialist role: • Perform 3-way matching, batching, and coding of
invoices using Microsoft 365 and supporting platforms. • Interact
with various plant locations to resolve pricing discrepancies and
gather additional documentation as needed. • Process high volumes
of invoices across multiple plants, starting with higher-volume and
expanding into more complex transactions. • Reconcile vendor
statements and follow up on outstanding items or discrepancies. •
Ensure invoices are approved in accordance with internal control
policies and approval hierarchies. Preferred Qualifications for the
Accounts Payable Specialist role: • Previous experience in accounts
payable, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-location
environment. • Proficient in 3-way match processes and invoice
reconciliation. • Excellent communication and organizational skills
with attention to detail. • Comfortable working with high invoice
volumes and shifting priorities across plant assignments. • Ability
to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional
teams. Salary: $42,000 to $46,000 annually Please Note: This role
