Job Title: Sr Accountant - Affiliates FLSA Status: Exempt Job

Corporate Office (Fort Wayne, IN) JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the
overall control of the company’s Affiliates’ financial records by
supervising and controlling the input of all financial
transactions, verifying the accuracy of all financial ledgers, and
providing timely and accurate management reports. Responsible for
financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and budgeting for assigned
Affiliates. Serve as an advisor or consultant for financial,
accounting and research issues related to the Affiliates. Perform
and participate in due diligence and technical reviews for existing
strategic investments and arrangements, proposed ventures, and
special projects related to Affiliates. POSITION ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an

Supervise and manage the financial reporting for the assigned
affiliate entities including oversight of required timely tax
filings. Assist with the monthly preparation of American Church
Group consolidated financial statements. Prepare annual entity
budgets and forecasts for assigned companies using inputs obtained
through partner intake meetings. Assist with annual financial
statement audit. Supervise the risk control assessments of key
company operations and evaluation of internal controls around
financial reporting for such operating activities. Prepare and
present financial impact analysis to senior management. This
includes financial analysis to support the expansion of existing
entities, creation of financial best practices, and new investment
opportunities. Ensure compliance and recommend continuous
improvement of standardized administrative processes and procedures
for the American Church Group affiliates. Collaborate with
affiliate operations team members, company employees, and company
management on a wide range of entity operational and financial
issues. Establish new affiliate company finances. Provide support
and supervision for affiliates’ auto and equipment lease financing
activity. Serve as Assistant Treasurer on certain American Church
Group boards. Serve as a resource or consultant to the Affiliates
in the evaluation of accounting, tax, financial reporting, and
business issues concerning existing/proposed arrangements and
entity structures. Complete other projects as assigned. KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are

interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers,
and department staff members. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE List
Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications Must have
a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or
finance with a minimum of a two-year accounting emphasis. Must have
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Three to five years
of accounting experience is required. Associate in Insurance
Accounting and Finance (AIAF) designation and/or Chartered Property
and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation is desired. Working
knowledge of AS400 is desired. Terms and Conditions This
