Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Editor for SI Kids and Sports
Illustrated.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and edit print and digital feature stories
Lead story conception and guide stories through the editing
process
Contribute to editorial ideas meetings and top edit stories as
needed
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of feature editing experience, including kid-focused
content
Strong sports knowledge and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with InCopy is a plus
Connections to a network of freelance writers is a plus
Proactive approach to developing fresh ideas for SI Kids and Sports
Illustrated
