What You’ll Do: Lead and contribute to the design of innovative, sustainable outdoor spaces Develop plans, visuals, and detailed documentation for construction Engage with clients, consultants, and municipalities throughout the process Collaborate with architects, engineers, and junior team members Apply best practices in stormwater design, plant selection, grading, and site layout Stay at the forefront of landscape trends and sustainable solutions What You Bring: 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA) Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino or Revit Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail Licensed or actively pursuing licensure (LEED a plus) A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills What You’ll Get: $75K–$95K salary twice-annual performance bonuses 80% employer-paid medical/dental/vision for you family 100% paid disability life insurance 3% employer match on retirement plan Generous PTO paid sick leave ?
