Schedule: Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays Wage: $20/hour, based
on experience What You'll Do: Greet customers and ask questions to
understand problems, symptoms, and service needs Write up service
requests/purchase orders Explain recommended repairs, maintenance,
timelines, and costs Coordinate with technicians and manage daily
workflow Use computer systems to schedule services, track work
orders, and learn shop software Provide updates to customers
throughout the service process to ensure a great experience
Qualification Requirements: General mechanical experience and
understanding Experience writing purchase orders Strong computer
skills and ability to learn new software Excellent communication,
organization, and multitasking abilities Positive, professional
attitude and ability to work well with both customers and internal
