Opportunity:In this Entry Level Electrical Engineer, Product Test
position, you will make impacts in the following ways;
- Troubleshooting failed circuits to component level and
disposition repair procedures.
- Designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and
equipment.
- Utilizing analog and/or digital electronics and embedded
systems and more advanced troubleshoot tools like the logic
analyzer, boundary scan, and on-chip debugging.
- Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and
specifies tests to be performed.
- Compiles data and defines changes, required in testing
equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new
testing requirements. Knowledge of test database translation.
- Collaborate with other Process Owners to meet test process
efficiency and compliance goals collectivelySafety Aspects:

- Play an active role in assisting the team to meet quality
objectives
- Promote a culture of 100% quality
- Maintain consistently high quality QD documents
- Takes part in quality investigations, including RCCA and
7-Steps, as determined by the QCE
- Create, maintain and improve work instructions (e.g., test
plans, OSOPs)Test Process Efficiency:
- Provide direct feedback to build and design processes
- Define and troubleshoot tooling
- Eliminate bottlenecks
- Increase utilization of test equipment
- Reduce inventory and maximize turnaround timeRequired
Education, Experience, & Skills
- EE or EET Bachelor's Degree and some work experience or
equivalent experience/internship
- Exposure to test database translation.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing essential
- Intermediate-level technical skills and knowledge of technical
requirements and system flows skills relevant to job / area of
work
- Electronics troubleshooting (analog, digital)
- General understanding of electronics manufacturing process
- Ability to interpret technical specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- EE or EET Bachelor's Degree and two plus years work
experience
- Lean Manufacturing Experience
- Understanding of test database translation
- Technical skills and knowledge of technical requirements and

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $61830 - $105120Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
