Service Technician (Food Equipment Clients) Join a team where your

service equipment and refrigeration to support our growing
restaurant and hospitality client base. This role values
traditional HVAC/R skills—with the added specialty in keeping

mutual respect. What You'll Do - Provide expert maintenance and
repair services for food service equipment, refrigeration systems,
and HVAC systems. - Diagnose and resolve issues quickly, often in
active kitchen environments with time constraints. - Service
hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, grills) and cold-side
refrigeration units (walk-in coolers, reach-in coolers, freezers).
- Accurately complete required documentation and communicate
effectively with clients. - Follow all safety protocols and
maintain a clean, organized work area—even in challenging
conditions. - Operate power tools, hand tools, and lifts as needed.
- Mentor apprentices and share best practices. - Other duties as
assigned. - Web-based digital work order system. What We're Looking
For - Specialized experience with commercial food service equipment
(hot-side and cold-side) and refrigeration systems. - Solid
understanding of standard, light-commercial HVAC systems—RTUs,
furnaces, AC units, make-up air equipment, water heaters, exhaust
fans, etc. - Minimum 5 years of field experience in service and
repair. - Ability to work in active kitchen
environments—comfortable with grease, heat, and tight spaces. -
Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-motivated, detail-oriented
approach. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and
specifications. - Safety-conscious with a clean driving record. -
Exceptional work ethic and reliability. - Desire to be part of a
