Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services. Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of all production machinery and facility infrastructure. Oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Coordinate closely with production management to minimize downtime and support manufacturing schedules. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5 years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in CMMS, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering principles. Strong leadership and team development skills for a diverse maintenance workforce. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement methodologies. Solid understanding of industrial electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
