Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting
manufacturing organization looking to add a Maintenance Mechanic to
their already amazing team. The primary responsibility will be to
install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical,
and automated equipment to support safe and efficient plant

Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

like: Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical,
pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventive and predictive
maintenance to minimize downtime Troubleshoot PLC-controlled
systems, sensors, motors, and drives Read and interpret blueprints,
schematics, and technical manuals Install, align, and commission
new machinery and equipment Identify root causes of equipment
failures and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate
maintenance records and work orders Follow all safety procedures
including lockout/tagout standards Support continuous improvement
initiatives and equipment upgrades Respond to emergency breakdowns
to keep production running What we are looking for: Experience in
industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong
mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of PLCs,
automation, and control systems Ability to read blueprints, wiring
diagrams, and technical documents Welding, fabrication, or
machining experience is a plus Familiarity with preventive
maintenance programs and CMMS systems Strong attention to detail
and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with
