Job Description Position Summary The Epredia Sr. Manager of Sales Operations will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence and will be responsible for planning, initiating and overseeing Commercial Excellence projects to ensure they meet business needs, are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Sr. Manager will be needed on a wide variety of projects including Training, Sales Strategy Implementation, Sales Meetings, Compensation Planning, Issue Resolution, Collaborative Involvement with Marketing and Operations, Sales Tools/Resources (i.e., Salesforce.com, Panopto (LMS), and Sales Enablement Platforms, and Analytics.The appropriate candidate will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as well as several years of experience in the relevant line of work with increasing responsibility. Additionally, the candidate must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Align and integrate with multiple defined project scopes and objectives Align competencies, continue development and oversee all phases of training and development (i.e., Phase I-III, Managerial, Inside Sales, Customer Service---) Own Sales Strategy development, training and collaborate with marketing to ensure Sales Strategy implementation Functional lead for development of Sales Meetings (i.e, Annual, National, Regional---) Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Directors to develop, refine and implement yearly Compensation plans. Function as Issue Resolution liaison which requires collaborative involvement with marketing, operations and service teams. Drive implementation, continued refinement and utilization of key Sales Tools/Resources (i.e., Salesforce.com, Panopto (LMS), and Sales Enablement Platforms, and Analytics. Track project costs and impact Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage the assignment of tasks and communicating expected deliverables Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Minimum Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, business, psychology or related field 5-8 years of sales operations or related experience Successful history of development, implementation, and reinforcement of sales process and strategy (i.e., Strategic Selling, PSS, PSC, Value Selling, LAMP, Conceptual Selling, Challenger---) Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools (i.e., SharePoint, Webex), and Salesforce.com Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria Positive Attitude
