Job Description:

A financial services start up company is seeking a Remote People Operations Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Identify performance and promotion cycles that are clear, consistent and standardized across departments
Develop programs for individual, manager, functional and company-wide training
Develop recruitment processes and policies to ensure we are attracting and hiring top talent
Qualifications Include:

10+ years of experience in People Operations/Human Resources at an early-stage stage growth company
3 years of experience in executive leadership
Direct experience scaling organizations efficiently and effectively
Experience managing high-performance talent acquisition teams and fostering exceptional candidate experiences
Ability to make decisions based on data and set quantitative goals
