continuing education coursesAs the Community Relations Manager, you
will:Be responsible for showing your community why Sojourner Place
is the place to be! You will build meaningful relationships and
reinforce the Community's brand. You oversee the sales and
marketing process and will work with community leadership to drive
leads, tours, move-ins and referral partner development.What you'll
do here:Working directly with the Executive Director and Regional
Director of Sales and Marketing, you'll evaluate, develop, and
implement the community's sales plansGenerate sales leads through
offline referral partner outreach, marketing initiatives, and
community eventsConduct a comprehensive discovery process with
prospective residents, their family members, and/or personal
representativesConvert leads to tours to move-ins through complete
lead management and discovery processDevelop strategies and
identify opportunities for increasing community revenueWe'd love to
talk if:You have a minimum of two (2) years demonstrated outside
sales experienceYou know your way around a computer and can utilize
Microsoft OfficeYou have exceptional problem-solving and time
management skillsYou care about serving seniorsYou have strong
relationship building skillsYou are driven and love friendly
competitionBonus points if:You have proven sales results while
working in senior living, healthcare or hospitalityYou know your
way around a client relationship tool (CRM) used to track sales
leads/progressYou have a post-secondary degree from an accredited
college or universityYou have earned sales and/or marketing
certificationsPay Range: $55000 - $65000, Based on ExperienceWe're
