What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with company HR team members to drive core HR
process excellence across the organization
- Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance
management, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, employee
and leadership development, succession planning, and employee
communications
- Defining and executing workforce planning to ensure appropriate
staffing levels with leaders
- Managing the talent acquisition processes for all
positions
- Supporting annual goal setting of performance metrics and
cascading with HR colleagues HR team members
- Monitoring performance, assessment, and reward processes
- Partnering with leaders to track metrics and upgrading the
skills and capabilities of employees through identification,
development, and retention of talent
- Ensuring consistency of performance ratings, calibration
reviews, and addressing performance concerns
- Driving employee development initiatives with leaders and HR
team members by identifying and implementing tools and
programs
- Driving talent review and management processes including
succession planning for key leadership roles
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and
employment laws including an Affirmative Action Plan
- Conducting investigations and advising leaders in the
appropriate resolution of employee-related issues
- Managing and interpreting policies and practices within the
facilities and ensuring fair and consistent interpretation and
application
- Developing and implementing employee communication programs to
gain alignment and generate engagement around business objectives
with leaders
- Providing leadership and focus on people implications of
organizational change
- Focusing on process improvements with HR team members
- Tracking and reporting HR metrics at locations and at the
corporate level
- Modeling and promoting the company Values and Code of Business
Ethics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or
equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of functional Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- A track record of leadership based on inspiring others to
action
- Expertise in team building, facilitation, collaborative
relationship building, and drives employee engagement
- History of coaching and counseling employees and leaders
regarding work-related challenges such as motivation, performance
improvement, and development
- Ability to effectively resolve conflict
- Capable of conceptualizing big-picture strategies and
translating them into actionable plans that deliver results
- Exceptional project management experience, strong
organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple
projects and priorities
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office,
HR systems, ancillary HR tools, and performance management
software

- Master's degree and PHR, SPHR certifications
- HR experience in a manufacturing environment

- A track record of making decisions that reinforce business
plans
