Job Description:

A company is looking for a People Analytics Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Build informative and impactful analytics using Workday's analytical suite of technologies
Enable partners on how to use and get curated insights from these products
Proactively provide guidance on insights and suggest opportunities for actions

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on products, analytics, and people data
Proven track record of successfully leading large scale analytical projects
Strong business acumen and ability to understand how data can inform strategic goals
Comprehensive understanding of people data sources, technology systems, and analytical methods
Technical mentality, comfortable with quickly learning new technology and applying it to support strategic initiatives
