Description:Kellogg Community Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Information Officer to join our team!As the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit union's technology infrastructure and information system resources. You will develop short- and long-term technology objectives to provide efficient, cost-effective, and forward-thinking technology tools to the credit union. You will lead the information technology, and business intelligence teams to provide successful information and tools to the rest of the KCCU Team.Responsibilities:Directs, coordinates, and oversees all areas of the Credit Union's technology infrastructure and information systems.Works directly with the CEO to set the short- and long-term technology goals while providing the leadership necessary to achieve revenue growth and other goals of the organization through technology.Steer the long-term strategic direction and implementation of efficient and secure systems that are cost effective, meet the member services, and decision-making requirements.Review and evaluate project feasibility studies based on management's requirements, priorities, and cost constraints.Research industry trends in technology and ensure the credit union's information technology structure and equipment is adequate to meet member needs and the strategic plan.Support the credit union mission by ensuring effective member services, development of the teams, and continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.Implements the installation and operation of information technology. Implements and connects the equipment required to operate systems.Ensure that all Credit Union policies and procedures are in place and followed. Advise on concerns as they pertain to information technology.Create and maintain a courteous and professional relationship with internal and external members.Requirements:Requirements:Ten to fifteen years of similar or related experience.Bachelor's degree plus professional certification, or a master's degree.Required to travel and work from Battle Creek Michigan office on a regular basisStrong ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risk.Strong attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent time management skills.Effective communication skills, written and oral.Ability to interact with others on a regular basis, build and foster relationships.PM20PI9f1091f367c1-25660-35245332
