Job Description:

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Contact Center).

Key Responsibilities:

Translate project requirements and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track
Lead project team members, provide feedback, and ensure project goals are met
Build relationships with clients, resolve issues, and communicate project plans

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of Project Manager experience in consulting or relevant industry
Experience in leading Waterfall and Agile projects
Technical writing skills for project documentation
Expertise in Project Management Methodology concepts
Experience in Contact Center, IVR or IVA, and Five9s is advantageous
