Director Clinical Quality and Compliance

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Quality and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee clinical quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Identify and mitigate operational and clinical risk to drive continuous process improvement
Analyze clinical data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform quality improvement effort

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in managing clinical quality/compliance programs
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or a related clinical field; Master's degree preferred
Relevant certifications in clinical quality management or compliance are a plus
Strong understanding of clinical compliance regulations, standards, and guidelines
Proficiency in clinical data management systems and quality assurance tools
