Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations - Solution Sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Channel stakeholders and cross-functional teams for go-to-market strategy
Manage and coach a team of analysts supporting sales leadership
Collaborate with various teams to enhance reporting capabilities and execute go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics in a B2B or SaaS company
Experience managing a team and coaching for success
Ability to drive impact, execute projects, and demonstrate urgency
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and modeling
Process improvement mindset with a focus on continuous enhancement
