We Are Hiring:Borgess Place, an Ascension Living community, is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant to join the team! This gorgeous facility offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation and holds a 5-star rating from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
ScheduleDAYS - 6AM-6PM

That is why we provide ongoing associate education, hands-on training and access to the latest in COVID testing and mitigation efforts.What You Will Do:As an RN with Borgess Place, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in the long term care setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Other responsibilities include:

• 
  Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will Need:Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • 
    BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:
    • 
      Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.Additional Preferences:
      • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
