Seeking to hire a board certified/eligible Family Practitioner to join established Family Medicine Practice. Candidate will work along-side two physicians and two APP's. This will be a hospital employed outpatient only position. As a Rural Health practice, we will work with the physician to create a schedule to offer appointments as early as 7:30 am or as late as 7 pm at least one day a week. Patients of the practice have access to an onsite specialties, pharmacy, physical therapy, laboratory and imaging. The physician will provide shared call coverage during the week and additional family care providers for weekend and holiday coverage.

Group offers a competitive salary, a sign on bonus, productivity bonus, 4 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of CME including $4,000 for CME expenses, malpractice insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, 401K and profit sharing. No OB, no hospital work and no call is required.
