Job Description & Requirements Ophthalmology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $143.00 - 155.00 This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30a 5:30p in Clinic 4 days a week, 7 am - 5 pm Surgery once a week. Job Setting: clinics and surgery center, multiple clinic locations within close proximity to each other Types of Cases: general General Retina cases, including Retinal Detachment Surgery Diabetic Retinopathy Surgery, Macular Hole Surgery, Epiretinal Membrane / Macular Pucker Surgery Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days EMR in Clinic is NexTech Must be board certified or truly board eligible Retina Specialist Facility Location Home to Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo is one of Michigan's most vibrant cities.
