Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN PT Weekend
(Sat & Sun) only.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health
providers
Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered,
compassionate care
Manage after-hours care delivery and support clients' nursing
staff
Required Qualifications:
Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, or fast-paced
environments
Comfortable using multiple technology applications for
documentation
Fluency in English, additional languages are a bonus
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and complete three
weeks of remote paid training
