Job Description Nurse Practitioner Cardiothoracic Surgery
openingLocated in Kalamazoo, MIFull Time PositionA leading
cardiothoracic surgical team in Kalamazoo, Michigan is seeking a
goal-oriented and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join a
collaborative and high-performing department. This is a full-time,
hospital-employed position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient
responsibilities and shared weekend call.Position Overview:Join a
cardiothoracic team consisting of 3 surgeons and 2 advanced
practice providersFull-time role with responsibilities in both
inpatient and clinic settingsShared weekend call rotationIdeal
candidates will have experience in an inpatient setting, preferably
in cardiology or cardiothoracic surgeryTeam-oriented environment
focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered
careQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner
programCurrent and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in
Michigan (or eligibility)Experience in cardiac surgery or inpatient
cardiology preferredStrong clinical skills with a collaborative
approach to careAbility to work independently and as part of a
