Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a part-time, in-person provider
for short, flexible daily shifts (7AM-1PM) with no on-call or
overnight duties. Benefits include : licensure reimbursement,

Key responsibilities : Manage clinical care and rounding at skilled
nursing facilities Prescribe medications and treatments Provide
patient-centered primary care services Ensure timely documentation
using electronic health record systems Communicate with nursing
staff via phone or secure messaging Requirements : Reliable
transportation, punctuality, and ability to perform essential
duties. Equipment and practice expenses are covered, with
