StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $3104.00 - $3360.00 This facility is
seeking a Thoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as
they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this
opportunity: · Schedule: As soon as possible – full time · Practice
Setting: Inpatient · Types of Cases: general cardiothoracic surgery
cases · Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days, temporary privileges
available · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner ·
Certifications Required: board certified or truly board eligible,
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) ·
Licensure Required: must have an active Indiana license Facility
