LTC Physician Care, PC is a medical group dedicated to serving patients by providing Primary Care (PCP) services to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities across Michigan. Our goal is to improve the overall quality of care, patient outcomes, quality of life, refine facility processes, and enhance patient relationships. LTC is seeking a dedicated B/C Physician to join our team as Medical Director Requirements and Qualifications Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is strongly preferred. Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan. Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
