Transplant Hepatologist Opportunity - Grand Rapids, MI Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Transplant Hepatologist to join our team, partnering with our existing physician in a collaborative and well-established gastroenterology practice. Position Highlights Join a team of 19 physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers offering comprehensive gastroenterology services. Generous $50,000 starting bonus. High-volume practice with a mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities: - Outpatient : 85% (office-based hepatology, outpatient endoscopy in hepatology and general gastroenterology) - Inpatient : 15% (gastroenterology service including hepatology coverage, 1:7 weeks, 1:10 weekends) Perform pre- and post-liver transplant patient care and attend weekly Transplant Selection Meetings. Supported by specialized programs, including inflammatory bowel disease and interventional endoscopy. Monthly satellite location coverage and opportunity to train residents and students. Interest in contributing to a future Fellowship program development is welcomed. Qualifications Education : Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology with Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology. Licensure : Active Michigan Physician License (MD or DO).
