You will be integral in implementing care plans, administering medications, and working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within a senior care context. Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient's conditions. Maintain accurate patient medical records and report any discrepancies to the supervising nurse or physician. Implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Administer medications as prescribed and oversee patient reactions to prevent complications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical skills with an emphasis on patient care Ability to work well in a team Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid LPN license in the state of practice CPR certified
