Job Description:
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel
nursing job in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/01/2026 -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights -
Employment Type: Travel Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Description: The ratios typically range between 1:5-6, however,
with call-ins the ratios can move up to 1:7. We are actively
onboarding new travelers on the unit each week to reduce the
workload when there is a call-in. The unit is starting the hiring
process for PCTs* Shift: 3x12 NIGHTS (1900-0730) Call Requirements:
None Weekend Requirements: every other Holiday Requirements: Must
work 2/3 holidays Block Scheduling: CANNOT be guaranteed but the
managers will do their best to accommodate it Guaranteed Hours: 36
Years of experience REQ: 1 YEAR First-timers accepted: Yes Certs
REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Locals accepted: No, Travelers must live at
least 50 miles away from the facility Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue
