Job Description CompHealth APP is seeking a Physician Assistant Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery for a locum tenens job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery - Discipline: Physician Assistant - Duration: 13 weeks - Employment Type: Locum Tenens CompHealth exists to make the locums process easier. So, relax and get back to helping patients, and let us do the heavy lifting. - Monday - Thursday 7 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7 am - 5 pm, weekends 24hr - 8 - 10 inpatients per shift - Adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries - EVH expertise required for PAs - In-house call with 20-minute response time - Fellowship required - Average 5 phone consults and 8 - 10 patients seen per call - Call ratio 1:3 with 25% call back rate - We provide complimentary housing and travel - We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice - We simplify the credentialing and privileging process - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan - Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7 Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
