Job Description Family Medicine needed in Elkhart, IN Full Time & Permanent Position.~15 miles to South Bend IN~50 miles to Michigan City, IN About the Job ~Qualifications and Training: Board certified or board eligible considered if residency completed in last 5 years. Excellent communication skills required.~Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday. ~Practice Environment: Private physician office with exam and procedure rooms as needed. Front office, back-office and support staff as needed.~Hospital Environment: Modern, financially sound, full-service 312-bed single community hospital; level 3 trauma center, 16-bed ICU, 54-bed PCU; located within one mile from the Clinic. Good working relationship with hospital administration and medical staff. Compensation & Benefits -Compensation: During your employed period during practice startup your compensation will be derived from the most current MGMA benchmarks at the time of contract closure. This benchmark is currently between $250k-$275k. Once converted to member status your compensation will be based on production. Primary care physicians in the group average $360,000.00 per year.-PTO: 184 hr. = 23 days 6 Holidays = _29_ days total.-CME: $5,000 CME $2k for licensure, dues, subscriptions.-Relocation: up to $15k dedicated to reimbursable expenses.-Full Benefits package: Life, health, dental, vision, etc.-Retirement: 401k with 50% clinic match up to 6% of the eligible employees' earnings.-Sign-On Bonus: Available.-Malpractice: Paid - Occurrence - Tail coverage.
