Psychiatry Medical Director Opening IndianaOpening in Fort WayneFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE Psychiatrist to join team in Fort Wayne, IndianaPosition Highlights:Hybrid schedule with option for 4 days remote and 1 day onsite or fully onsiteMonday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMPrimarily inpatient psychiatry with some outpatient and telehealth consults120-bed inpatient psychiatric facility with IOP servicesAverage patient volume 12-16 per dayOpportunity for Medical Director roleStrong clinical and administrative support infrastructureResponsibilities:Provide psychiatric care for adult and adolescent patientsManage inpatient psychiatric treatment plansParticipate in telemedicine and IOP services as neededCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teamProvide supervision to APPs if applicableParticipate in optional call and weekend coverageQualifications:Board Eligible or Board Certified in PsychiatryActive Indiana license or ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits:Base $325,000Competitive base salary with productivity bonusAdditional compensation for Medical Director rolePaid professional liability insurance with tail coverageComprehensive benefits packageContinuing medical education (CME) and professional development supportClinician wellness and support programs
