We are on a mission to help people feel good, patients and associates.What You Will Do Job Summary: The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients of the assigned clinic/practice in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Responsibilities:
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, personnel, medical staff, callers and visitors.Reacts calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Interprets, adapts and applies guidelines and procedures. Recognizes problems and recommends solutions.Facilitate Shared Medical Appointments with Borgess Ambulatory Care Physicians and Mid-Level Practitioners as scheduled through Borgess Ambulatory Care facilities.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job. BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education:
Graduate of a School of Nursing required at start date. Work Experience:
