The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for all employee relations, compliance and policy updates, and company-wide events! As the Human Resource Generalist, you will be the driver of the culture and employee experience, partnering with HR and Department Leaders to ensure best practices are in place! Exciting role for a growing organization! Primary Daily Responsibilities for Human Resource Generalist: Weekly connection and partnering with department leads to verify hiring and employee relation needs Ensure all compliance and policy communication is distributed to necessary employees and offices Coordinate employee activities and events held by the organization Provide employee-centric support to staff and new hires through onboarding and employee satisfaction evaluations What We are Looking for: B.S. Human Resource Management (Must) 3-5 years experience in Human Resource department and functions within manufacturing / construction environments High attention to detail and process implementation Experience with payroll processing and FMLA for 100 workforce If you can answer yes to the above questions and have Human Resource administrative experience, then let's see if this is a fit for you!
