Job Description:
HR Generalist Location: Fully Onsite - South Bend, Indiana
Industry: Manufacturing Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities:
Administer payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with company policies. Track and manage
employee attendance and timekeeping records; generate Excel reports
for analysis. Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings,
screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding. Serve as a
key point of contact for employee relations, fostering strong
communication and workplace relationships. Qualifications: Minimum
5 years of HR experience, or 2 years with a related degree.
Proficient in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and
Excel-based reporting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred;
strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Experience
