Financial Systems Manager | OneStream Administrator
(Manufacturing, On-Site, Bonus Up to 40 %) About the Employer
(Confidential - U.S. Manufacturer) A Fortune-ranked manufacturing
leader with decades of double-digit growth is upgrading its
enterprise performance management (EPM) landscape. We're seeking a
Financial Systems Manager / OneStream Administrator to own our
OneStream consolidation & reporting platform and drive high-impact
dashboard initiatives across 30 business units. • Location: Fort
Wayne, IN (100 % on-site) • Base Salary: $125 K - $135 K
performance bonus potential up to 40 % • Relocation: Yes What
You'll Do • Administer, maintain, and enhance OneStream XF / CPM
platform (security, cubes, workflows, data loads). • Lead the
current OneStream upgrade, including dashboard & visualization
roll-outs. • Design reusable financial & sustainability
dashboards-turn complex data into actionable insight. • Liaise with
30 plant controllers, the corporate accounting team, IT,
sustainability, and the C-Suite. • Mentor internal power-users;
coordinate external OneStream consultants. • Safeguard SOX-aligned
controls and data integrity across consolidated reporting. •
Support other finance systems (Finario, ERP integrations) and
ad-hoc projects. Must-Have Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field ? 7 years in financial
systems, consolidation, or corporate accounting ? Hands-on
OneStream administration (builds, upgrades, dashboards) ? Strong
knowledge of internal controls / SOX ? Proven project-management &
stakeholder-facing skills Nice to Have • OneStream Lead Architect
(OCP) certification • CPA, CMA, or public-accounting foundation •
SQL, VB.Net, or C# scripting for data integration • Manufacturing
