Key Responsibilities Develop, own, and execute the Software Product Owner roadmap . Define backlog items to guide the software development team . Translate product roadmap features into well-defined user stories and acceptance test criteria . Prioritize and facilitate the acceptance of work generated by the development team. Lead the product functional design process , ensuring alignment with user needs and technology. Serve as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders nationally . Keep stakeholders informed of product progress and milestones . Organize beta testing efforts and ensure successful rollouts. Analyze the impact of software on business operations and end users across multiple locations. Preferred Skills & Experience (Don't have all of these? Don't let that stop you from applying!) Familiarity with internal programs and tools . Understanding of Agile methodologies . Civil PE License. Experience in customer service, sales, or finance . Salary & Benefits Base salary: $65,000-$85,000 base 40% quarterly bonus . Bonus potential tied to ROA & Stock Grant Compensation .
