litigator—someone who can step in and go toe-to-toe on claims
involving delays, inefficiencies, defects, bonds, design issues,
warranties, and more. You’ve drafted and negotiated everything from
AIA and ConsensusDocs to the gnarly custom contracts with all the
tricky stuff—warranty terms, payment structures, liability caps,
ADR provisions. You’ve taken depositions (including experts),
argued motions, and ideally handled trials or arbitrations with
lead responsibilities. You can juggle 5 plates without dropping
one. Bonus points if you’ve developed your own client base or have
a solid book in tow. Must be admitted to the Michigan bar.
