Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities: Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations 50% of time performing the same work as persons supervised Manage and promote safety, food safety, quality processes, and housekeeping Assist in the onboarding of new employees and contractors and provide continuous training for existing employees through daily shift exchange meetings and safety trainings Safely and efficiently operate equipment at site, including but not limited to bagging machines, shipping computers, and motorized vehicles Be the point person for management initiatives, work orders, and communication Required Qualifications: Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility Minimum 2 years of experience in production related work Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, salt, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Able to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice Able to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Preferred Qualifications: Computer operation skills to perform data entry for label production and monitoring of inventory and shipment completion; warehouse/shipping software, SAP software, or inventory management software Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment (e.g., packaging machinery).
