Job DescriptionOnPoint is seeking an organized, passionate clinical self-starter to fill the full-time hybrid-work environment SUD Coordinator position. The candidate will be responsible for the coordination of SUD services with respect to engagement with provider panel organization as well as provide utilization management and authorization of internal SUD services, and internal and external outpatient and residential substance use disorder services for Medicaid and block grant recipients.PAY RANGE/BENEFIT PACKAGE:  Salary: $61,784 - $81,098 annuallyOnPoint Benefits:· 401(a) retirement: employer matching· 457 retirement· Paid holidays· Benefits effective date of hire:· Medical insurance· Dental insurance· Vision Coverage· Employer funding of Health Savings Account (up to elected deductible amount)· Employer Paid benefits:· Disability insurance· Life insurance (up to $50,000)· Paid Time OffFLEXIBLE WORK CONDITIONS:     · Work at home, and in the office.   QUALIFICATIONS:     · Master's degree in psychology, counseling or social work, and State of Michigan registration.· CAADC (Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor) is preferred· One year of relevant training/experience in a clinical office setting is preferred.· Ability to work remotely and manage time appropriately according to SUD Program Manager.· Familiarity with client confidentiality laws and with an electronic medical record system is preferred.· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work on a team and prioritize multiple tasks.· Able to work within a fast-paced environment.· Lived experiences with MI/SUD extremely valuedGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:     · Complete utilization management for internal and external SUD Service provision.· Complete required data entry for authorization billing codes.· Confirm correct documentation items are received from external SUD service providers.· Confirm correct documentation items are uploaded into the Electronic Medical Record by external SUD service providers.· Resolve documentation submission issues from the SUD Provider Network reimbursement coordinators.· Communicate and work with SUD Program Manager in communication to SUD Provider Network providers.· Other duties as assigned by SUD Program Manager/as needed.  EQUIPMENT/TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE:    · Basic iPhone Knowledge  · Office 365 Skills  · Electronic Medical Record systemPOSITIONS TO BE FILLED:     · One full time position (40 hours/week)Deadline: until filledPowered by JazzHRD1oYCLPDBT
