Position Summary Details

The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of Facility/Garage supportive functions which include, but are not limited to; customer service, general indoor/outdoor maintenance, dealing with the public, operating, and maintaining revenue control equipment. General job duties and responsibilities are all janitorial related tasks necessary to maintain parking facilities, including replacing light bulbs, trash cleanup in and around facilities, cleaning elevators, painting, green space care, cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, snow removal duties. May perform other duties to ensure productive operations. Most of the duties do take place outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience
  • 1 yr of similar work experience
