- Surgical Otolaryngologist (Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube)
- Non-Surgical Otolaryngologist (Hearing Evaluation, Eval and Manage Disorder Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures, (Medical group has an allergist on staff)
- Endoscopic (Septal, Sinus, Laryngoscopy)
- Desire-Sinus/FESS Desire - Sinus/Ballon
--- Percentage of Practice: Apx 30% surgery, 70% office
--- No. of Cases per day (Hospital): apx 6-7 full day in OR per one physician
--- No. of Patients per day (Private Practice): 30 patients in Office per one physician
--- No. of Exam Rooms: 6 exam rooms in Office
--- No. of Otolaryngologists in Practice: 1
--- Annual ER Volume: Extremely low - seldom
--- Trauma Level: III

Requirements:
