Synergy SIS - Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Summary
Level Data, a fast growing Kalamazoo-based software-as-a-service
company, is in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a
Subject Matter Expert.
Responsibilities
Maintain an in-house expert status with the pertinent system(s)
Liaison between Validation Rule definition and data
modeling/mapping
QA for Validation Rules in the pertinent system
Resource to provide cross-functional expertise across company
Must Haves
Minimum 5 of experience with Synergy SIS
Strong soft-skills and the ability to work both with developers and
less technical team members
Strong QA skills
Experience at an LEA using Synergy SIS or as an employee of
Edupoint
Exposure to and knowledge of State Reporting process
Nice to Haves
10 years experience
Expertise in multiple systems (another SIS, nutrition software,
transportation software, special education software, etc.) is a
HUGE bonus
